About Lancaster Parks

Soccer, Softball, Tennis, Swimming are some of the many energetic activities that can be found in community recreation.
These programs are designed to fulfill the need to be involved in an activity where talents can find expression. If the need is to learn more about a sport, that opportunity also exists by way of lessons, clinics, and special training seminars. There is a place for everyone of all ages, skill levels, desires and abilities.
Special Events
Throughout the year, organized activities are offered for the community. Special events are presented for your enjoyment such as:
Olivedale Senior Center
We consider Olivedale a premier recreational and educational facility for the older population of the community ages 55 and older.

Over the past few years, these projects have included funding and signage for the past park tax levies, fundraisers (pancake breakfast, 5K run, etc.), funding the Alley Park Sugar Shack, providing computers to the Parks administrative office, and sending under privileged children to park programs.
