Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that is being taught in a gentle form of low impact exercise for adults, ages 18 & older. Practicing Tai Chi
helps to support general mental and physical well being. It helps to improve lower body strength, balance, and flexibility. Its slow flowing movements help to calm the mind and reduce the stress and
tension from every day life. Classes are at Alley Park's Goslin Nature Education Center, located at 2805 Old Logan Rd SE. Class time: 6:30 pm every Tuesday night. Cost: $25
